Job Description
Level 3 BOS (PVT) Ltd is excited to announce an opening for the position of Assistant Manager – Payroll. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our bi-monthly US payroll process. This role will involve close collaboration with our HR teams in both the US and Pakistan to effectively address post-payroll employee inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include processing payroll, working with HR teams, calculating commissions, designing compensation plans, and addressing employee questions.
Requirements: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, demonstrate relevant payroll experience, have a solid understanding of US payroll regulations, and be proficient in HR software and Excel.
