Job Description
Symbiosis Technologies is on the lookout for a dedicated HR Executive to assist with daily human resource operations. The successful candidate will coordinate HR policies, procedures, and documentation while serving as a vital link between the HR Manager and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and correspondence
- Manage payroll processes
- Oversee recruitment efforts
- Facilitate onboarding for new employees
- Implement changes to employee status efficiently
- Support training and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience is required.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (36 months)
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
