Salary: PKR 35,00 – PKR 40,00 per month
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
Join ABS International’s contact center team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring service excellence. As a Quality Assurance Specialist during the night shift in Karachi, you will oversee customer interactions and enhance agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls for quality and compliance
- Provide constructive feedback to agents
- Conduct compliance audits
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year in quality assurance, proficiency in QA software, an analytical mindset, and availability for night shifts are essential.
