Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Executive who will assist end-users with hardware and software issues, document IT processes, and contribute to various projects.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant position.
