Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join EFU Hemayah Takaful, located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 5, Karachi. As a prominent provider of Islamic financial services, we pride ourselves on delivering trustworthy and personalized solutions to our clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with their policy inquiries, and ensuring the accuracy of records. We invite candidates with exceptional communication skills in both Urdu and English, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a basic understanding of computer applications.
