Job Description
ARRAK CONSULTING SMC PRIVATE LIMITED is currently looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead high-end retail and commercial projects across the USA. This position will involve remote project management and site inspections to ensure compliance with architectural standards and brand requirements.
Key Responsibilities include managing luxury retail construction projects, collaborating with architects and contractors, and ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations.
Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership skills and fluency in English are essential.
This is a full-time role with night shifts, requiring six days of work per week, and offers a monthly salary of Rs150,00.00 – Rs200,00.00.
