Job Description
We are currently looking for committed Call Agents to manage customer interactions and ensure smooth order processing at our grocery store. The role includes answering incoming calls, processing customer orders, coordinating delivery logistics, and supervising the rider team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls and accurately take orders
- Make outgoing confirmation calls
- Ensure precise order processing
- Coordinate delivery schedules
- Address inquiries and resolve complaints
Requirements: An Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with at least 1 year of customer service experience. Strong communication skills in Urdu are essential; proficiency in English is an asset.
