Job Description
Marsbpo is looking for skilled professionals to join our Verification Team as Sales Verifiers. In this role, you will be responsible for validating customer information and ensuring data integrity following outbound sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform verification calls to confirm customer details.
- Ensure the accuracy of all collected data.
- Maintain accurate call logs within CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively to resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow call scripts and adhere to quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience and strong English communication skills.
