Job Description
Kamal Laboratories is in search of an experienced HR Manager to spearhead our recruitment processes, manage employee transitions, and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified applicants, overseeing employee transfers, maintaining accurate records, and actively participating in disciplinary meetings and final settlements.
This full-time role necessitates a solid background in HR management, expertise in policy development, and excellent communication skills.
Compensation: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
