Job Description
NTC Auto Parts is on the lookout for a dedicated and proactive Outlet Manager to take charge of our Lahore branch. The Outlet Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a seamless workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.
Key Responsibilities: Manage overall operations, supervise team members, address customer complaints, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, with 2-4 years of retail management experience and strong leadership abilities.
