Job Description
Abacus Consulting – BPO is actively seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Management Executive to join our team in Islamabad. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for efficient staffing, accurate scheduling, and performance forecasting to ensure optimal operations within our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee employee schedules
- Monitor real-time queues and agent availability
- Analyze and track key performance metrics
- Collaborate with HR and Operations departments
- Generate Workforce Management reports
- Support headcount planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of Workforce Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
