Job Description
Abacus Outsourcing is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to become Customer Support Specialists. In this pivotal role, you will address customer inquiries, provide effective solutions, and deliver an exceptional service experience via phone, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond swiftly to customer inquiries.

Requirements:
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Fixed shift from 6 PM to 3 AM (US time).
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
Compensation: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
