As a Call Center Compliance Officer at ABS International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with legal standards, particularly during night shifts. Your responsibilities will include developing compliance policies, mitigating risks through effective monitoring and audits, and conducting PCI DSS/GDPR compliance assessments.
Requirements: Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in call center compliance, a solid understanding of BPO regulatory frameworks, strong analytical and communication skills, and a willingness to work night shifts.
