Accotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our CEO in managing communications and projects. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendar, and phone calls.
- Prepare meeting notes and track action items.
- Assist with proposals and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Exceptional English communication skills.
- 1-2 years of executive administrative experience.
- Proficient in IT, especially Google Workspace.
- Availability for UK hours (1:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
