AdalFi is a premier fintech company transforming digital lending in Pakistan. We are in search of a results-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, specifically within the Software and IT sectors.
The ideal candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, effectively source candidates using diverse tools, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to assess staffing needs. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is required, along with practical experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools.
