Job Description
Agency XI PVT. LTD is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads by engaging with potential customers about our services. We are looking for persuasive communicators with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: You will respond to inquiries, communicate effectively, identify leads, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with your team to achieve goals.
Requirements: Proficiency in English, previous call center experience is preferred, strong communication abilities, and a focus on meeting objectives.
