Job Description
We are seeking Phone Banking Officers to handle inbound and outbound customer calls, present banking products, and provide excellent service. Duties include resolving customer inquiries, promoting appropriate services, and maintaining accurate records.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree; candidates must be under 30 years old.
- Skills: strong communication and problem-solving abilities; willingness to work rotating shifts (morning/evening/night).
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site; entry-level positions available.
