Job Description
AK Graphic is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Call Center Representatives to join our expanding team in Gulberg II, Lahore. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, provide detailed product information, and assist customers with a friendly and positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to calls, supply information, maintain accurate records, achieve performance targets, and deliver outstanding customer service.
Requirements: 2–3 months of experience (freshers are welcome), proficiency in English, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
