Job Description
We are currently searching for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this crucial role, you will focus on Invoicing and Sales Reporting, handling tasks including invoicing, delivery challans, and the generation of sales reports. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with factory management regarding deliveries and cancellations.
- Prepare delivery challans, invoices, and sales reports daily.
- Process debit and credit notes while resolving customer discrepancies.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Work collaboratively to enhance processes and report sales figures to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrated accounting experience, particularly in invoicing and sales.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
