Job Description
Al Ghaffar Travel, a leading travel management company located in DHA Phase 2, Karachi, is on the lookout for a diligent Assistant Manager – HR. The successful candidate will spearhead our recruitment efforts, foster employee engagement, and manage HR operations, all aimed at enhancing our organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and facilitating training programs.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, combined with 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, is required.
Salary: Competitive salary of up to Rs85,00 per month, accompanied by benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
