Job Description
Join Al-Habib Pharmaceuticals as a Supply Chain/Procurement Specialist. This full-time position requires in-person work and plays a crucial role in managing supplier relationships and optimizing our procurement processes.
Key responsibilities include soliciting vendor quotations, issuing purchase orders, coordinating shipments, managing import documentation, ensuring compliance with import regulations, and working collaboratively with the warehouse team on inventory planning. Additionally, candidates will be expected to provide regular reports on shipment status and supplier performance.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field, with 2 to 5 years of experience in import and logistics. A strong understanding of international trade laws is essential.
