Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing truck drivers’ schedules and routes, coordinating freight pickups and deliveries, and providing essential shipping details to customers. Additionally, the role includes reviewing drivers’ logs, documenting all communications, deliveries, routes, and processing necessary paperwork related to shipments, including invoices. The Logistics Coordinator will also address customer complaints and inquiries, negotiate rates and timelines, and assist in building and training a team in Sales, Technical Support, and General Inquiries as needed.
