Job Description
At Avore PVT LTD, a premier Facilities Management Service Provider in the UAE, we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch, reliable services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the position of Vendor Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate client services for timely delivery.
- Facilitate communication with clients regarding appointments and service updates.
- Liaise with vendors for task assignment and performance tracking.
- Oversee vendor onboarding and conduct outreach calls.
Requirements: Prior experience in scheduling and excellent organizational skills are preferred. Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM PKT.
Salary: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
