Job Description
We seek an experienced Senior Merchandiser to lead product planning, assortment, pricing, and vendor partnerships to drive sales and margin growth. The role requires strategic development of merchandising plans, analysis of sales and trend data, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization to ensure strong in-store and online presentation.
- Coordinate with buying, marketing, and operations to execute assortment and promotional strategies.
- Negotiate supplier terms and manage vendor relationships.
- Deliver actionable insights using advanced Excel and analytical tools.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field; minimum 5 years’ merchandising experience; strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills; proven ability to meet deadlines and manage cross-functional projects.
