Job Description
Bilal Consultancy Ltd is looking for a reliable and skilled IT Assistant to support our daily technological operations. In this role, you will assist school staff and students with Google Workspace management, maintain computer labs, troubleshoot technical issues, and supervise campus security camera systems.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the Google Admin Console and user accounts.
- Assist in the maintenance of computer labs and perform software installations.
- Install and monitor CCTV cameras throughout the campus.
- Provide general IT support to staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of computers and networks.
- Experience with Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Minimum educational requirement: Diploma in an IT-related field.
