Job Description
Bioniks.org seeks a full-time Customer Support Representative to manage client and patient telephone inquiries, register new patients in the ERP portal, maintain accurate records, and provide timely, professional assistance. The role requires staying current on company products, services, and procedures to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), and a minimum of 2 years’ customer support experience.
- Benefits: medical coverage, Provident Fund (PF), and performance bonus. Pay: up to Rs50,00 per month. Location: in person.
