Job Description
Buraq Profiles is actively seeking a qualified Assistant Manager to join our production team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee round-the-clock production operations, ensuring that workflow remains efficient while strictly adhering to safety protocols and achieving production targets. You will lead a dedicated team, assign tasks, manage schedules, and facilitate regular shift meetings.
Your key responsibilities will include enforcing quality standards, maintaining equipment, and promptly addressing any production challenges that may arise. We seek a proactive individual with strong leadership skills who can foster a collaborative work environment.
