Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Food Auditor to plan and conduct food safety audits, lead audit teams, and evaluate HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) compliance. The role includes preparing clear corrective action reports, delivering staff training, coordinating with suppliers and regulators, and driving continuous improvement in food safety programs.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field, 5+ years of auditing experience, strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 2200, and FSSC 2200.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical abilities, leadership, and attention to detail.
- Preferred: IRCA Lead Auditor certification or equivalent. Travel availability required.
