Job Description
c2o is looking for a proficient Taxi Booking Operator with experience in Cordic Software to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from UK customers to facilitate taxi bookings and modifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Airport Bookings.
- Processing Payments via Phone.
- Escalating complaints to the appropriate departments.
- Addressing Drivers’ Queries and Concerns.
Strong listening skills and a fluent British accent are crucial for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in an inbound call center is preferred.

Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
