Job Description
Cakes and Bakes, a vibrant organization based in Lahore, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our Customer Care team. This full-time role requires candidates to possess a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in BBA/MBA or a Master’s in Marketing) along with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
The successful applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, a strong proficiency in MS Office, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include leading the customer care team, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring the delivery of exemplary service.
The salary for this position ranges from Rs 100,00.00 to Rs 150,00.00 per month.
