Job Description
Campus 92 is on the lookout for a committed Female QA Agent to enhance our night shift team. In this pivotal role, you will monitor online teaching sessions, assess teacher performance, and ensure compliance with our quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing both live and recorded classes, preparing performance reports, and offering constructive feedback to improve teaching quality.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and basic computer proficiency. Availability for night shifts is a must, and we encourage applications from female candidates only.
