Job Description

CCare, a rapidly growing company specializing in mobile devices, accessories, and solar products, is currently seeking a results-oriented Service Center Supervisor to join our partner site in Lahore.

Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will maintain proactive communication with staff, identify and facilitate training opportunities, address escalated service issues, manage project timelines, and ensure compliance with audit standards. Occasional travel to other service centers may be required to implement best practices.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess over one year of experience in a customer service supervisory role, strong English proficiency, and in-depth knowledge of management practices.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
