Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is on the lookout for a skilled Immigration Consultant to support clients navigating immigration processes for study, work, and permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of immigration laws and a proven history of successfully guiding clients through intricate procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide current advice on immigration regulations for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa types and suggest appropriate immigration pathways.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to relevant immigration authorities.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws.
- Advise clients on compliance requirements.
