Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment Specialist to enhance our HR team. This role involves overseeing the complete recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards.
- Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews effectively.
- Work closely with hiring managers while maintaining the candidate database.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field; 1-3 years of recruitment experience; outstanding communication skills.
