Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive to enhance our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in recruitment and employee engagement, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job postings to screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR records and databases effectively.
- Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate engaging employee activities.
- Address employee inquiries and provide support in HR matters.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant labor laws.
