We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will deliver technical assistance to clients in Pakistan utilizing the Call Center Studio platform. Your primary responsibilities will involve diagnosing VoIP and SIP trunk issues, managing support requests, collaborating with engineering teams, and generating insightful reports.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and relevant experience in call center operations. Proficiency in English is mandatory, while knowledge of Urdu is a plus.
