Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify B2B prospects, manage targeted outreach campaigns, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. The role requires researching target accounts, leveraging LinkedIn and CRM tools, and monitoring KPIs to continuously improve pipeline quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years in sales development or lead generation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot)
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Data-driven mindset, ability to multitask, and persistent follow-up
