Job Description
CONNECT COMMUNICATION is in search of a committed Chat Support Representative to facilitate client interactions via Facebook Messenger. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through chat support.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, with two available shifts: 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM and 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Applicants must be available for either shift.
The ideal candidate should possess strong written communication skills in English and have a basic familiarity with Facebook Messenger. Previous experience in online customer support is advantageous.
Salary ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs35,00.00 per month.
