Job Description
We are seeking a professional Field Sales Representative to drive territory sales through daily market visits and strong customer engagement.
- Conduct daily market visits, take orders, and coordinate with the warehouse for timely fulfillment.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; grow new accounts and nurture existing relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, monitor market trends and competitors, and submit daily visit and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum: High school (Intermediate); bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred; strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, knowledgeable of local routes/customers, and willing to travel daily.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00/month | Work Location: In person
