Job Description
COTHM is in search of a dynamic Head of Operations to lead our team and maintain academic and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should exhibit exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills, along with strong leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
Key responsibilities encompass curriculum design, implementation, quality assurance, and digital marketing. A Master’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10 years of relevant experience are mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in NAVTTC, TEVTA, PSDF, or NGOs within the TVET sector.

Salary: Rs200,00.00 – Rs250,00.00 per month
