Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)
Devflovv is looking for an organized and proactive Virtual Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide essential support in the Dental Healthcare sector. Key responsibilities will include managing patient inquiries, coordinating appointment scheduling, and delivering administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements: The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, relevant customer service experience (preferably in healthcare), and a strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Candidates must be available for night shifts.
