Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, confident part-time, in-person Bilingual Call Center Agent to manage outbound Urdu/Punjabi campaigns. Duties include placing outbound calls, delivering clear information, addressing inquiries, offering appropriate solutions, meeting performance targets, and accurately recording notes in Word or Excel.
- Fluency in Urdu and Punjabi (required)
- Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- 1+ year outbound calling or customer service experience preferred; strong communicators and recent graduates are welcome
Compensation: Rs35,00–75,00/month plus incentives, training, and career growth opportunities.
