Job Description
We are actively seeking candidates for the STR project who are adaptable to rotational shifts and possess a quick-thinking mindset, ideal for a dynamic support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support through chat, email, and phone communications.
- Assist guests with administrative and account-related inquiries.
- Maintain clear, prompt, and accurate communication to efficiently resolve guest concerns.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs. 75,00 to Rs. 80,00, with benefits including annual increments, paid leave, fuel allowances, and a collaborative work environment.
