Digitech Outsourcing Solution is a premier inbound customer service provider catering to clients in the US, Canada, and Europe. We are currently seeking qualified candidates with prior inbound customer service experience, particularly those who are familiar with US or UK campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone calls.
• Address service-related questions and complaints.
• Engage in training sessions and team meetings.
• Work collaboratively with team members as necessary.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules for coverage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 65,00 to Rs. 70,00.
