Job Description
Dr. Zarqa’s Clinic is on the lookout for a courteous and professional Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the initial point of contact for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commitment to customer service while effectively promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and efficiently manage check-in procedures.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and schedule appointments.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
- Provide detailed information regarding treatments to clients.
- Foster positive relationships with clients.
Requirements: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a customer-oriented attitude are preferred.
