Job Description

Dubizzle Labs is expanding its engineering office in Pakistan and is seeking a dedicated Operations Executive to join our vibrant team of over 400 professionals. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the order management process, ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional value to our customers across 10 countries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review customer orders on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order acceptance and dispatch.
• Collaborate with logistics for pickups and tracking updates.
• Proactively follow up on order delays and missing updates.
• Identify and address bottlenecks to comply with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor order statuses within internal systems.
• Manage inquiries from sellers and customers efficiently.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations and order fulfillment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
