Job Description
Eggspectation Pakistan is seeking a professional Guest Relations Officer to deliver exceptional front-of-house service at our Islamabad locations (F-6 to F-9). The role involves warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, seating and waitlists, addressing inquiries and complaints with professionalism, coordinating with service and kitchen teams to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintaining an organized reception and lobby.
- Required: prior hospitality or customer service experience (restaurant/café preferred)
- Presentable, friendly, guest-focused, and available for flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Full-time, in-person position. Competitive salary Rs45,00–46,00/month, benefits, and opportunities for professional growth
