Job Description
Emploiscareer is seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to lead dispatch operations at our Model Town, Lahore office. The successful candidate will source and book profitable freight using load boards (DAT, Truckstop), negotiate competitive rates with brokers, coordinate and support drivers, resolve service disruptions, and supervise a team of dispatchers. You will monitor performance metrics, plan efficient routes, and maintain professional client communication.
- Requirements: 2+ years in dispatch/logistics, demonstrated leadership, excellent written and spoken English, and strong analytical ability.
- Technical: proficiency with dispatch software, load boards, and MS Office.
- Full-time, in-person position with night-shift availability; compensation up to Rs80,00 per month.
