Job Description
Lead SL BOS operations across the UAE and Bahrain, shaping business strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering operational excellence. Oversee cross‑functional teams, allocate resources, manage budgets and P&L, and guarantee timely, high‑quality service delivery. Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, drive process improvements, and coordinate with regional leadership to achieve growth targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 8+ years in operations or service‑line leadership, with multi‑country management experience
- Strong analytical skills and proven people‑management ability
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred
- Willingness to travel within the region and demonstrated stakeholder engagement
