Job Description

Lead the Power Generation & Utilities team across EMEA to deliver safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of thermal, renewable, and utility assets. Define regional strategy and manage the P&L while overseeing asset performance, capital projects, maintenance, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to drive asset optimization and value realization.

• Requirements: engineering degree; 10+ years in power generation or utilities with 5+ years in leadership; strong financial acumen; stakeholder management; familiarity with grid codes and environmental regulations.
• Preferred: experience across multiple EMEA markets and involvement in energy transition programs.
